Heinz To Distribute Supplement In China

PITTSBURGH—H.J. Heinz Co. will distribute free packets of powder nutrition supplements in China in effort to fight childhood malnutrition, the Pittsburgh Business Times reported. The project, Mei Li, is part of the “H.J. Heinz Co. Foundation’s push to treat 10 million children suffering from iron deficient anemia and other vitamin deficiencies in developing countries by 2010,” the Times reported.
