Ni08 Adds Organic Pavilion

PARIS—Natural ingredients (Ni) 2008 announced it added an Organic Pavilion to the exhibit hall for this year’s show, set for Nov. 4 to 6 at the Paris Nord, Villepinte exhibition center. According to CMP Information, the show sponsor, it added the organic area to capitalize on the growing industry interest in organic ingredients, and expects companies from across Europe, Asia and North America to display their organic offerings.

The International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM) will be exhibiting at Ni08 and lauded its focus on organics. “Our presence at Ni means a lot to us,” said Angela Caudle de Freitas, executive director. “We find Ni is a very important forum for connecting with the international community to further trade in and promote organic products, and to expand business networks and develop relationships with consumers, taking advantage of the booming demand for organic products.”

In additional news, Ni08 is now co-located with Health ingredients (Hi) Europe. The Hi show launched in 2000, and CMP expects aligning the shows together will increase crossover among exhibitors and attendees.
